About this service
Decking Adelaide is a lead-generation and referral service operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing. We do not build decks. We connect homeowners with independent deck builders servicing Adelaide and surrounding areas. For building work over $20,000 inc GST, the SA Building Work Contractors Act 1995 requires a licensed Building Work Contractor (threshold increased from $12,000 on 10 November 2025). All decks must comply with the National Construction Code and AS 1684 (timber framing). Each builder is independently licensed and responsible for their own work, pricing, and warranty.
What Decking Adelaide does and does not do
Decking Adelaide is a referral service. We connect you with independent, SA-licensed deck builders. We do not build decks, we do not employ builders, and we hold no building licence. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a builder.
Each builder we connect you with is independently licensed and is solely responsible for their own quotes, contracts, building work, pricing, timelines and warranty. Any agreement for decking work is strictly between you and the builder you choose.
Verifying a builder
We verify that each builder holds a current SA Building Work Contractor's licence on the CBS public register before connecting them with you. We encourage you to independently confirm a builder's licence on that register before signing any contract. Licences expire and must be renewed, so checking currency yourself is good practice.
Quotes and estimates
Any cost ranges, calculator outputs or estimates on this website are indicative only and are provided for general guidance. They are not quotes. The only binding figures are the itemised quotes you receive directly from licensed builders for your specific project.
